What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payments. Payment is due at or before service completion.

Are there late fees for overdue payments?

Yes. If payment is not made at the time of service, a late fee may apply. Recurring clients must maintain an active payment method on file.

Do you charge for last-minute cancellations?

Yes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of $40 or 50% of the service cost.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are securely processed through Wix’s encrypted PCI-compliant systems. Shell Shine Cleaning never stores card details directly.

1. Payment Requirements

Payment is due at or before the commencement of service.
We accept:

Cash, credit & debit cards
Digital payments approved on our website
Wix Payments checkout for online bookings

2. Pricing Transparency

All base prices, square footage brackets, and add-on fees are listed on our Pricing page. Final quotes may adjust based on home condition or client-selected add-ons.

3. Deposits

Some services (deep cleans, high-tide premium, large sq ft homes) may require a deposit at time of booking. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.

4. Refunds

Refunds are granted only when:

Service is cancelled with proper advance notice
A charge was made in error
Our satisfaction guarantee visit could not be completed

5. Late Fees & Non-Payment

Unpaid invoices may incur late fees or result in paused service until payment is received.

6. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Shell Shine Cleaning first to resolve any service-related issues before initiating a chargeback.
