Welcome to Shell Shine Cleaning (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a service, accessing our website, or interacting with our business, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
We provide residential cleaning services as described on our website. Service times are estimates and may vary depending on home condition, access, and add-on selections.
2. Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed once booked. Arrival times include a standard 30-minute arrival window. We may adjust start times based on traffic, weather, or scheduling efficiency.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Under 24 hours: A $40 fee or 50% of service price may apply.

Lock-outs (unable to access property within 15 minutes): billed at 50% of service price.
Emergencies or severe weather qualify for a free reschedule.
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the home. Please provide gate codes, alarm instructions, pet details, or entry requirements before the appointment.
5. Safety & Limitations
We do not lift heavy furniture, climb more than 2-step ladders, move large appliances, or clean hazardous materials. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
6. Breakage & Liability
We take great care; however, accidents may happen. We are not liable for:

Shell Shine Cleaning is insured and bonded. Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area does not meet expectations, notify us within 24 hours and we will return for a complimentary touch-up.
8. Website Use
All content, images, and materials on this site belong to Shell Shine Cleaning. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
