Appointments are confirmed at booking with a reminder 24 hours before service. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $40 fee or 50% of service cost. If we can’t enter within 15 minutes, a 50% lock-out fee applies. Weather/emergencies may be rescheduled for free. HOME ACCESS: Please allow a 30-minute arrival window. Provide gate codes, pet notes, and alarm instructions. We do not keep keys unless approved in writing. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Not satisfied? Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it. SAFETY & LIABILITY: We use eco-friendly products. Inform us of allergies or special materials. We are insured and bonded but not liable for pre-existing damage or items that cannot be safely cleaned.

Designed for offices, studios, small clinics, and light-commercial spaces, this service goes far beyond daily tidying to tackle build-up in restrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas so your team and clients are welcomed into a truly refreshed environment. Every Shell Commercial Deep Clean includes our standard commercial maintenance tasks—dusting reachable surfaces, emptying trash and liners, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, wiping light switches and door handles, and cleaning interior glass that can be reached with a two-step ladder. Then we layer in deeper detail work to restore shine and hygiene: • Descale and detail clean of restroom fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, counters). • Breakroom deep clean: cabinet fronts, backsplash, counters, sinks, and appliance exteriors. • Extra attention to floor edges and corners where dust and debris collect. • High-touch disinfection for door handles, switch plates, shared equipment, and railings. • Baseboard wipe-down in main traffic routes. • Spot treatment for visible scuffs, marks, and smudges on walls (where safe for paint). This service is ideal for: • Quarterly or bi-annual resets on top of your regular maintenance schedule. • Turnover between tenants in small office or suite spaces. • Client-facing businesses that need to look and feel freshly detailed before audits, visits, or events. We’ll walk the space with you (or your manager) when possible, confirm priority areas, and tailor the Deep Clean to your layout and usage. Pricing is based on square footage, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin. For larger spaces or complex layouts, we may recommend adding specific commercial Tide Boost add-ons (like Floor Edge Detail, High-Touch Disinfection upgrades, or Carpet Spot Treatment) for the best results.
